In recognising the need to promote and protect participants' rights to privacy and freedom of expression, the following rules must be followed:
Participants must wear their name tags inside the Forum venue at all times.
Do not tweet, post, or publish information about participants in a way that suggests stalking, offensive communication or bullying.
Pictures, audio and/or video recordings of the Forum will not be used for commercial purposes.
